Godzilla/Hidden Mechagodzilla by Secret Base. Stands 16" (40cm) tall and is very impressive.

Great concept and perfectly executed, able to see MG's head inside the Godzilla body. This is the limited edition black version (inner pieces all black, outer shell a mix of black and translucent) that was a Secret Base Trunk Show exclusive. As with all their full size releases, sold out very quickly and they don't come back on the market often.
