Godzilla 1998 Key Art by Frank Ordaz

Created in mixed media on crescent board, this is one of the iconic images from the promotion of Tri-Star's Godzilla in 1998. It was notably used as a trading card image from Inkworks (card #67), as well as multiple book covers and posters.

Board size is 17"x20", with the image extending almost to the borders in all directions.

Frank Ordaz is an Emmy-Award winning artist who worked with ILM for many years, including notable work on Return of the Jedi, and E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial before working on the Godzilla campaign.

Condition: Very Fine/Near Mint C-9, although there is some paper tape on the verso of the board, the front image remains as bright and fresh as when painted
